on a personal note, saw the women marathon runners
run on tv today. totally cool. its amazing how they manage
to keep their pace constant after running for an hour or so.
and the pace, its still quite fast. maybe even faster than some
can manage to do so for 2.4km. i shall go for a marathon next
time. think it'll be fun. haha.
