Dear Chuan Yun,
It is indeed a pity that you will miss out the run, especially when you aregraduating soon. I am also very glad that you know that the school does not wantto take study time away from you.
The other reason is that this year's 2.4 km run will be carried out on aSaturday instead of a week day. ECP is very crowded on Saturday mornings.Consequently, we have to reduce the number of runners involved so that we canhave better crowd control.
I hope you understand better now why the sec 4s are excluded in the ECP run.Although you will not be there this year, I am sure the fond memories of thepast runs will stay with you forever.
